“Don’t tase me bro!!” were the exact words of a Florida College student who disrupted a school function and actively resisted several police officers as they attempted to escort him out. What was his immediate punishment? Nothing better than the TASER X26. An electronic control device (non-lethal weapon) which causes temporary neuromuscular incapacitation. In other words, it paralyses the exposed target for the duration of the cycle. Due to the media exposure and the large implementation of the TASER by the Law Enforcement Agencies across the world, the public has seen first-hand its effectiveness thus making it the preferred form of self-defense among law enforcement officers and private citizens. Incorporated herein is a promotional video from TASER international which depicts TASER C2, the civilian version.

Advanced features include its lightweight and easy to carry design, lithium power magazine which provides over 50 applications, and the ability to stop attackers from up to 15 ft. Additionally, TASER International has agreed to a lifetime replacement guarantee for any units that were used in a self-defense capacity. Contrary to other defense systems (e.g. OC Spray, Stun-Guns, T-Kubotans) the TASER can be deployed from a safe distance wherein, upon making contact with the attacker, it will delivered a minimum 30-second cycle of a continuous charge of $50,000 volts thus incapacitating the target and allowing the victim to escape danger. As a side note, it should be noted that over 10,000 police departments across the nation have implemented the TASER due to its effectiveness. If the government trusts its use, I’m fairly confident you can, and should as well.
